I will be out of office starting on Wednesday, Oct. It should export that to your mailbox, in the location \personal\ (will be created if it does not exist). You also might want to give yourself permissions on that archive, then try restoring an item from that 'Personal' folder to 'orginal location'. You might however want to try an Index-rebuild for that archive (if it is not too big) to remove any indexing issue. I believe however also that exporting an archive is not using the index of the archive to export, but simply reads the content and export that. The restoring shows the item being restored to the new folder, but when looking in Outlook, you find the item in the ORIGINAL folder. You then want to restore the (moved) item to the CURRENT location, which you expect to be the NEW folder (to where the shortcut was moved). There seems to be a small (but annoying) issue, where a shortcut is being moved. It has to do with the update moved shortcut location. It seems like a shame to have to dig through menus to access a quick export feature. How to Add a Keyboard Shortcut to Quick Export If you don’t understand color spaces and profiles, it’s best to leave it on. Quick Export Color Space: You can toggle “Convert to sRGB” on or off.Quick Export Metadata: You can either select “None” or embed “Copyright and Contact Info.” If you’re sharing your photos on the internet, I’d suggest going with the latter option.Quick Export Location: You can leave “Ask Where to Export Each Time” checked to have a save dialog box pop up, or you can select “Export Files to an Assets Folder Next to the Current Document” if you want them to be automatically saved to a new folder. For anyone who works with photos, I’d suggest JPG with a Quality of at least 80. If you’re an illustrator, the defaults of PNG with Transparency are fine. ![]() Quick Export Format: You can choose between PNG, JPG, GIF, and SVG as the default file format, and you can also dial in the quality.
